England Bring Back Bukayo Saka But Jude Bellingham, Phil Foden & Grealish Are Left Out
The Arsenal forward has recorded 12 goals in 44 appearances for England.
England have called up the Arsenal winger for upcoming games against Wales and Latvia, but there is no place for Bellingham, Phil Foden or Grealish.
Arsenal forward Saka was absent from the previous qualifier successes over Serbia and Andorra with a hamstring injury.
Saka recently returned for his club and found the net in their 2-0 win against the Greek side on Wednesday.
The England international replaces Arsenal team-mate Madueke, who is sidelined till next month with a knee injury.
England face Wales in a warm-up match at the national stadium this week prior to a World Cup qualifier in Riga on 14 October.
If England win in Latvia, they will require a just two points from their last two qualifiers versus Serbia and Albania in November to reach the World Cup in Canada, Mexico and the United States.
Leverkusen's Quansah comes in for Newcastle's Livramento, who is out for up to eight weeks after suffering a knee issue against the Gunners recently.
Elliot Anderson and Djed Spence, who earned their maiden national team selections last month, keep their spots. Ruben Loftus-Cheek also keeps his spot, despite the recovery of Wharton.
Saka has featured in just a single match for Tuchel since he became national team boss, because of fitness and hamstring injuries.
The midfielder was absent from the previous squad as he was rehabilitating after shoulder surgery and has managed just a single start for his club after coming back to fitness.
Foden was omitted from the coach’s last England squad following a loss of form and has been unable to force his way back, despite a strong start to the season with City.
The forward also misses out in spite of a resurgence with Everton. The 30-year-old has not played for the national team since last year.

'Focus on omissions over inclusions'
Thomas Tuchel's latest England squad draws attention on those the boss has left out instead of the included names.
Bellingham’s omission may cause surprise but Tuchel believes there is no rush to recall the Real Madrid star.
Manchester City's Phil Foden and on-loan Everton forward Grealish have both excelled in the early stages of the season.
The players Tuchel utilised in England's qualifying victories against Andorra and Serbia deserve the reward of continuity.
It will bring disappointment that Arsenal's Noni Madueke is not included because of injury.
Anderson has settled well at England senior level.
Tuchel is a fan of the attacker, especially, as well as the City star.
If there is one surprise, it is the absence of Crystal Palace midfielder Adam Wharton.
Bellingham, of course, will be needed in the future.
